Membership to Phi Lambda Sigma must be via application. Acceptance into the organization is based on a variety of factors, including participation within organizations, leadership positions, and outside service involvement. All applicants must be in good academic standing (GPA 2.5-4.0). Acceptance into PLS is a great honor and recognition for your service and leadership within pharmacy. Only a portion of each class is accepted per year.

Applications with current curriculum vitae (CV) will be made available to current P2, P3, and P4 students later in the fall semester. If you have questions regarding how to prepare a CV, there are sample CVs on the Shenandoah University pharmacy website under Student Affairs > Resources > Curriculum Vitae Examples. It is extremely important that all CVs are completely up to date because we can only evaluate applicants based on the information you submit to us. It is in your best interest to include anything leadership-related when completing your CV and application.
