ABOUT PLS & BETA PHI CHAPTER

Phi Lambda Sigma (PLS) is the national leadership fraternity that encourages the development and recognition of leaders among pharmacy students. Our national mission statement is “to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development.”

The members of the PLS Beta Phi Chapter are active members of many organizations at the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy at Shenandoah University including APhA, ACCP, Kappa Psi, Phi Delta Chi, Kappa Epsilon, Rho Chi and NCPA. In the past, the Beta Phi Chapter has organized and participated in the Medication and Sharps Collection Day at Fauquier Health and Medicare Part D Day as well as offered leadership seminars hosted by Target open to the public.
